Sharing Price Lists with Buyers

Overview

Price lists are live pages you can create for each or groups of your buyers that are not on Forager.  Share the page once, and they can always go back to check the  latest price. This allows you to manage all of your wholesale availability and pricing in one place, where buyers can go any time without needing to get an email or call from you. Seeing and sharing price lists

1. Click “Price Lists” located at the top right of your Forager AVM.
2. Select the Price List you want to share from the drop down menu:

3. The URL (web address) for that price list will open, and you can copy it to share with your buyers:

Whenever you update your availability or pricing in Forager, it will update what your buyer sees when they link to your list so they will always be accessing the latest information.

Additional Note 

You can send the URL to your buyers linked to more descriptive text. How you set this up will vary based on the email system that you are using, but below is an example in Outlook:
