Change recorded delivery dates

Overview

Couldn't mark it as delivered on time? You can change the recorded delivery date on the order or invoice, so it accurately calculates the invoice due date.

How to change recorded delivery date

 You can record an order as delivered on a past date:

  1.  Click the calendar icon.
  2. Select a date in the past. You cannot mark something as delivered in a future date.
  3. Click “Mark as Delivered”
  4. It will print the recorded delivery as a private log in your messages. Suppliers will not be notified.


Even after you mark an order as delivered, you can change the recorded delivery date. There are two ways to do this:

  1. From the order
    1. Click “Edit”
    2. Select date
    3. Click Save.
  2. From the invoice
    1. Click “Edit Invoice”
    2. Click the Recorded Delivery
    3. Select date
    4. Click Save.
  3. Both methods will add a private log in your messages.

You can mark multiple orders as delivered on a past date. Process is the same as doing it for one. Select the orders you want to mark delivered, click the calendar icon, select desired date, and click “Mark Delivered."
