Add a Custom Item to an Order
You can add a custom item to an order or invoice. One reason you might want to add a custom item is to add a shipping or delivery charge to an order.
Below is the process to add a custom item to an order. (Note, this same process would apply to invoices too.)
Navigate to Orders Dashboard (the Truck symbol in the Left Side Menu.)
Click on an Order Number of the order you want to edit which will open the Order Details:
Click the "Change Order" button to go into edit mode.
Select the "Add new product" button.
Click the "Add a custom product" option:
Enter your custom product information and click "Save Changes":
Your custom product is now added to the order:
You can do this same process from the edit invoice screen too!
