Receiving email notifications and email messaging
Overview
Never miss a message. Go to Settings and turn on notifications. You'll get an email you when there’s a new message and you can reply directly from the email too.
How to set it up
- Go to Settings by clicking the cog icon:
- Click either to receive notifications for all orders or orders I placed only.
- Email will go to your login email.
How it works
Once set up, you will receive an email when suppliers send you a message about the order. It will show you the message.
You can click “Go to order” to log into Forager.
You can also reply directly to that email. The supplier will receive that message, and Forager will save it in the app.
