Managing exact inventory available

Overview

Limited availability? You can set the inventory, so your buyers can’t over-order. You can also receive email warnings and review logs.

How to set up inventory

You can set inventory by “Managing inventory”.

Input the quantity you have available and “Update Product”.

Input the quantity threshold to receive an email warning. We will send you an email when the inventory reaches or goes below that threshold. We will also send you an email when the inventory reaches zero.

You can see the history of inventory by clicking “Show log”. It will show you:

• When you added inventory
• When you reduced inventory
• When inventory decreased because buyer added it to their order
• When inventory increased because buyer reduced the amount in their order
