How to whitelist emails from Forager.

Now that you're using Forager, you wouldn't want to miss any critical emails. To help prevent that from happening, we would ask you to whitelist the emails that come from Forager. Whitelisting is a term that means adding email addresses to your address book or safe senders list so that your system recognizes them and doesn't flag them as SPAM.

There are two email address that you need to whitelist for Forager:

noreply@forager1.com: This email address is used for your weekly update reminders and anytime we connect you to new buyers on the platform.

orders+(BuyerName)@app.forager1.com: This email address is used for all incoming orders, changes to existing orders or communications related to orders.

By whitelisting these emails in your email account, you can help ensure that your Forager messages will reach your inbox and you never miss an order.

Below are some examples of how to whitelist these email address for a few popular email providers. If you need assistance whitelisting our Forager emails for your provider, please let us know.

AOL

  1. From the top menu bar, click Mail | select Address Book.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter email land contact info in the text fields.
  4. Click Save.

Gmail

  1. Open the Contacts app
  2. Tap Add 
  3. Enter the contact’s name and an email.
  4. When you're finished, tap Save.

Yahoo

  1. From New Mail, click the Contacts icon .
  2. Click New Contact.
  3. Enter the contact's info.
  4. Click Save.

Do you have an anti-spam program?

Certain firewalls and security programs can also interfere (or block) emails from Forager. If you have already whitelisted our emails in your email client, you may also have to update the whitelist in your security program too. Please check your anti-spam software's help files for instructions on how to whitelist emails in their program.
